I’m so excited to be able to share with you that I’ve organised a retreat! I’ve partnered up with two incredible people (who I’ll introduce in a second) to bring a unique experience that’s unlike anything else out there.
Often on retreats, people overexercise and undereat. The food is either all vegan or raw vegan, the exercise is intense, or it’s all yoga. For some people that’s exactly what they want, but I don’t think that’s a sustainable way to do things.
This retreat will NOT be about detoxing or punishment. It’s about healthy habits for life: thinking, moving, and eating for life. Not just for one weekend.
Mel is an incredible PT and movement specialist who’ll be guiding you through movement exercises each day to help you stay free from injury and life your life to the max.
Earl is a transformational coach who will guide you through thought exercises as well as guided meditations.
And, of course, I’ll be running a nutrition workshop as well as cooking amazing food for everyone, with no dietary restrictions whatsoever – even sugar!
On top of all that, we will be running 1-to-1 sessions for whoever asks for them, where you can discuss your fitness, nutrition, or life goals with us and get personalised guidance that’s unique to you.
The retreat will run from 29th September – 1st October, Friday to Sunday, in an amazing location in Kent. All the details including pricing are on the leaflet.
