Lifelong learning is part of being a nutritionist. But scientific journals aren’t always the most fun to read, which is where books come in!
But, unlike peer-reviewed scientific journals, in books you can say almost anything – just look at Belle Gibson – which makes it hard to differentiate the good from the bad. These are the ones I’d recommend as being interesting and accessible reading whilst also based on good science.
